Sarratt Tennis Club has two floodlit hard-courts located on the KGV Playing Field at the end of George V Way in Sarratt. The floodlights are operated by tokens which can be bought from Committee Members.here is ample parking at the courts. The Tennis Club has use of the KGV pavilion for matches and social events. KGV Playing Field is a charitable trust and the Tennis Club has two members (trustees) on its management committee. The initial point of contact for Tennis Club members on matters to do with the playing field or the pavilion should be the Tennis Club Secretary. The Club is affiliated to the LTA. The benefits of this affiliation include: 1) Insurance. The liability insurance provided by the LTA includes Employers Liability, Public Liability, Officers Liability and Member-to-Member Liability. It does not provide Personal Accident or Personal Property cover for club members. 2) Wimbledon Tickets. Each year the Club gets an allocation of Wimbledon tickets from the LTA and these are distributed to paid-up members via a ballot held in late-May. The Club enters teams in the Hertfordshire Over-45 and Over-55 Men’s Winter Leagues and usually in the Hertfordshire Over-40 Ladies’ Winter League and the Orchard Ladies’ Friendly League.
